Charts N Pens is a Sales arm of Dia-Nielsen USA, Inc.    Orders are entered directly on our production facilities in Moorestown, NJ   We ship directly from the factory in NJ to customers in the USA, Canada, South America,  the Philippines and Middle East countries. 

All Circular Charts are made in Moorestown, NJ USA, including all our popular pen products.  

Unless you tell us otherwise, we will ship by UPS Standard Ground service.  When you buy at the price listed on this site, and your total order is over $200.oo we will ship FREE of Charge anywhere in US except Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Alaska.  If your total order is between $100 - $200 we will charge $10.00 for shipping.  If your order is under $100.00 we will charge $20.00.  These charges are added to your invoice, & when ordering on-line, they are applied automatically.  For Shipment outside the USA, shipping is extra and can be prepaid & added to Invoice.  We also offer to ship on your Account, at your rquest.

For Canadian Customers ONLY:  All Orders in US$$.  For Shipping We offer you 3 choices:

1:  For small shipments we recommend US Postal Service (Priority Post) as the least expensive.  This will be delivered by Canada Post, and they will collect GST on delivery.

2:  UPS (World Ease) We Clear Canadian Customs, (with UPS only) for this service we add $20.00 to your Invoice as a Brokerage charge, Shipping is Extra FOB Moorestown, NJ.  This is a Ground Service takes about 2-5 Bus days, depending on where you are.  We also charge you GST. 

3:   We ship with UPS or (FEDEX on request only), you clear Canadian Customs through your broker.  The big advantage here is time.  We can get the product to you overnight if required.
